The Challenges
The Moroccan customer was previously using an egg tray machine with a low level of automation, which led to frequent manual operations, limited production efficiency, and increasing labor costs. The existing system struggled to meet the urgent need for improved automation and optimized personnel allocation. The customer sought a supplier capable of providing a high-efficiency, integrated solution.
Change Objectives
The customer’s core objective was to achieve over a 50% increase in automation compared to their current setup, while ensuring continuity and stability in the production process. This upgrade aimed to address the growing market demand and reduce long-term operational costs.
Solution Actions

Understanding Customer Needs
Beston conducted in-depth communication with the customer to fully understand their operational difficulties, production goals, and expectations for automation.
Customized Solution
Based on the customer’s production requirements, Beston offered a customized equipment plan. To enhance overall automation and reduce labor intensity, Beston recommended integrating a fully automatic metal drying system and a tray collection & stacking machine.

Given the customer’s emphasis on system reliability and after-sales support, Beston shared multiple international project cases with similar operating conditions. These demonstrated Beston’s mature experience in integrating and executing high-automation egg tray systems, reinforcing the customer’s confidence.
Project Details
The Moroccan customer ultimately chose the BTF6-8 egg tray machine model. The configuration details are as follows:
- Output: 6,000–7,000 pieces/hour;
- Mold Quantity:48;
- Raw Material: Waste paper;
- Final Product: Paper egg trays;
- Additional Equipment: Metal drying system and tray collection equipment;
- Installation Methods: On-site guided installation.
Achieved Results
The BTF6-8 egg tray machine has now been successfully installed and put into operation, reaching an annual output of up to 52,920,000 trays and continuously generating benefits for the customer. Pulp moulding machine efficiently converts waste paper into uniform pulp, molds it into egg trays, rapidly dries them using the metal drying system, and stacks them for packaging. The customer has achieved a sustainable and efficient egg tray production line, contributing to environmental protection while meeting market demands.
