Molds Used in the Process of Paper Pulp Production
Customers can choose plastic molds or aluminum molds according to their needs.
- Plastic molds are relatively single in shape, but they are very cheap. You can buy many kinds of plastic molds to produce different products. It has a warranty of one year and a service life of more than 2 years.
- Aluminum molds are highly corrosion resistant and can be customized according to customer needs. This type of mold is well accepted in the local market. It has a 2-year warranty and a service life of more than 3 years.
If there is no special requirement, the equipment comes standard with manual cleaning, which means you need to clean the molds of the pulp moulding equipment once an hour. You can also choose automatic cleaning, where a high pressure hose is installed under the mold for cleaning work.
Multi-layer Metal Drying Methods
This drying method is not affected by the weather. It also has the advantage of small footprint, beautiful appearance and easy installation. Customers do not need civil construction can get good drying effect. Turning from wet tray to dry tray takes about 25 minutes. The heat source can be LPC, LNG, diesel, natural gas, etc.
