01Pulping

The belt conveyor system transfers waste paper to the hydraulic pulper, where it is mixed with water and crushed for 20 minutes. The paper-to-water ratio is maintained between 1:5 and 1:6. This step produces a pulp with a consistent consistency, preparing for the next stage.

02Molding
