Replacing an outdated natural drying setup with full automation, this custom-engineered solution addresses urgent supply shortages to accelerate the client’s multi-city expansion.
Challenges in Production & Weather-Dependent Yield
The client operates a paper packaging business in Latin America and previously ran a Beston BTF 4-4 egg tray production line (2,500–3,000 pcs/h). As business grew, several operational challenges emerged during daily production:
- Low automation & yield: The manual handling and low automation level limited capacity, making it difficult to guarantee a steady, reliable supply for large clients.
- Weather constraints: Heavy reliance on natural drying caused sharp output drops during bad weather, blocking their goal of delivering 30,000+ egg trays per day.
