1. Project Background & Challenges
The client in Russia is engaged in the paper packaging industry. With extensive experience in packaging production, the company generates a large amount of waste paper as a by-product of daily operations. Seeking to improve resource efficiency and reduce environmental impact, the enterprise looked for a sustainable solution to convert this waste into new products. In addition to its packaging business, the company identified growing demand for agricultural packaging, particularly egg trays for local poultry farms.

2. Goal for Change
The Russian client sought a practical way to reduce waste from its packaging operations while meeting the rising need for egg trays in the local market. The objective was to establish an in-house production line that could cut costs, ensure stable supply, and create added value from existing paper resources.

3. Action and Solution
After evaluating the client’s raw materials, production targets, and market potential, Beston recommended the suitable configuration:
- Equipment Model: BTF4-4 egg tray machine;
- Drying System: Integrated metal dryer for rapid and consistent drying;
- Capacity: Up to 2,500–3,000 egg trays per hour;
- Raw Material: Waste paper;
- Mold Quantity: 16;
- Installation Support: On-site installation.
This configuration ensures streamlined production and high-quality output, maximizing efficiency on-site.

4.Results Achieved
Currently, the BTF4-4 egg tray machine with a metal dryer has now been successfully installed and put into operation in Russia. The key outcomes are as follows:
Sustainable Recycling
Waste paper from the customer’s packaging business will be fully utilized to produce up to 2,500–3,000 high-quality egg trays per hour.
Profit Growth
By supplying egg trays to local poultry farms, the customer secures a stable revenue stream while reducing environmental impact.
Expanded Opportunities
Beyond egg trays, the pulp molding machine can be adapted to produce other pulp-molded packaging products, such as fruit trays and coffee cup trays, creating broader market potential.
