How Does Automatic Egg Tray Production Machine Work?
The waste paper and water are first mixed in a ratio of 3:1 and then put into the pulp making machine for 40 minutes of high concentration mixing. After that, a fine pulp can be obtained. The pulp is then transported to the forming machine and adsorbed onto the egg tray mold by a vacuum pump. At this time, the excess water is stored for following production.
