Production Process of Small Egg Tray Machine

01Pulping

Firstly, through belt conveyor, waste paper are transferred to hydraulic pulper. After 20 minutes work, waste paper convert into pulp. In this step, water is added to adjust the consistency of the pulp, which is to ensure the even quality of paper egg trays.

02Molding

03Drying
