Production Process of Small Egg Tray Machine

01Pulping

Firstly, through belt conveyor, waste paper are transferred to hydraulic pulper. After 20 minutes work, waste paper convert into pulp. In this step, water is added to adjust the consistency of the pulp, which is to ensure the even quality of paper egg trays.

02Molding

Then, under the power of vacuum system, the prepared pulp is injected into molding part of small egg tray making machine. Adopt compression forming technique, the pulp converts into wet egg trays.

03Drying

Next, the semi-finished egg trays are sent to metal dryer. In this step, adopting hot air circulation technology, the multi-layer metal dryer efficiently take away the moisture of wet egg trays, which is ready for further processing.

04Packing

Finally, dried egg trays are packed and compressed by egg trays collectors and a baler. This process not only ensures efficient packing but also makes the egg trays easier to transport and sell.
