How to Make Tableware with Pulp Molding Tableware Machine?

01Pulp Processing

Raw materials are transported via a feeding belt conveyor into the hydraulic pulper, refiner, and homogenizing tank. These components crush, grind, and mix the materials to form a uniform pulp. The water supply system maintains a water-to-fiber ratio of 1:5 to 1:6.

Then the pulp passes through a desander and a pressurized screen to remove large impurities and non-fiber materials.

02Forming

Clean pulp is injected into a specially designed mold. Inside the mold, the pulp is subjected to pressure. This forms wet tableware products with a defined shape and strength.

03Drying
