Beston 5000-5500pcs/h Egg Tray Machine Shipped to Latin America to Scale Up Production

On June 29, 2026, Beston Group officially shipped a high-capacity BTF5-8 (5000-5500pcs/h) paper egg tray production line to a leading packaging manufacturer in Latin America. Replacing an outdated natural drying setup with full automation, this custom-engineered solution addresses urgent supply shortages to accelerate the client’s multi-city expansion.

Challenges in Production & Weather-Dependent Yield

The client operates a paper packaging business in Latin America and previously ran a Beston BTF 4-4 egg tray production line (2,500–3,000 pcs/h). As business grew, several operational challenges emerged during daily production:

  • Low automation & yield: The manual handling and low automation level limited capacity, making it difficult to guarantee a steady, reliable supply for large clients.
  • Weather constraints: Heavy reliance on natural drying caused sharp output drops during bad weather, blocking their goal of delivering 30,000+ egg trays per day.

Customized Configuration: Tackling Client’s Operational Challenges

To resolve low-automation issues and achieve the client’s daily output goal, Beston Group provided a high-efficiency BTF 5-8 egg tray production machine solution:

BTF 5-8 Model with 6-Layer Metal Drying

Scales forming output to 5,000–5,500 pcs/h while utilizing high-efficiency metal drying for continuous, all-weather operation to guarantee the 30,000+ daily target.

Upgraded Pulping System

Features 2 sets of custom-capacity pulpers, horizontal pulp supply pumps (upgraded from cutter pumps), and matching sewage pumps to optimize slurry flow for stable, high-volume production.

Efficient Heating & Custom Mold

Equipped with a high-efficiency natural gas burner for rapid drying and customized aluminum molds customized to local market egg tray specifications.
