Replacing an outdated natural drying setup with full automation, this custom-engineered solution addresses urgent supply shortages to accelerate the client’s multi-city expansion.
The client operates a paper packaging business in Latin America and previously ran a Beston BTF 4-4 egg tray production line (2,500–3,000 pcs/h). As business grew, several operational challenges emerged during daily production:

Scales forming output to 5,000–5,500 pcs/h while utilizing high-efficiency metal drying for continuous, all-weather operation to guarantee the 30,000+ daily target.
Features 2 sets of custom-capacity pulpers, horizontal pulp supply pumps (upgraded from cutter pumps), and matching sewage pumps to optimize slurry flow for stable, high-volume production.
Equipped with a high-efficiency natural gas burner for rapid drying and customized aluminum molds customized to local market egg tray specifications.
