Georgia Poultry Farm’s Challenge: Overcoming Packaging Limits to Seize Local Growth
The client operates a large-scale chicken farm in Georgia. However, they faced key challenges and set clear targets before starting this project.
Main Challenges for the Client
High costs & uncertain delivery: Buying 100% of their egg trays from outside suppliers meant high prices and delayed shipments.
Uncontrollable packaging quality: Variable tray strength from external sources posed potential risks to product safety.
Client Goals
Lower operating costs: Build an automated egg tray line to produce 4,000 trays/hour, switching packaging from a cost center to a profitable business line.
Stable & custom quality: Control production in-house to secure tray durability, reduce egg damage, and supply surrounding regional farms.
Customized Automated BTF4-8 Solution for Georgia’s Client
To help the client produce 4,000 trays per hour efficiently and cost-effectively, Beston Group provided a customized, end-to-end egg tray manufacturing solution based on local site conditions and cheap natural gas energy.
High-Capacity Forming & Fuel-Efficient Drying
BTF4-8 machine: Reaches 4,000 pcs/h output, fulfilling both self-use needs and local commercial sales.
Metal drying system: Supports continuous, all-weather operation without relying on outdoor weather conditions.
Natural gas burner: Uses local natural gas supply to maximize heating efficiency and lower daily fuel costs.
Smart Pulping, Flexible Molds & Turnkey Service
Underground tank & vibrating screen: Filters raw paper pulp cleanly to prevent mold clogging and boost finished product rate.
3 custom aluminum mold sets: Allows easy switching between 3 different tray sizes for diverse customer demands.

Current Status & Expected Long-Term Value
This project started in November 2025 and was shipped in July 2026. It is currently in transit to Georgia, while on-site preparation is underway for the upcoming installation. Once fully operational, the client expects to achieve the following benefits:
Cost Center to Profit Generator
Shifting from “buying packaging” to “producing packaging” will reduce internal packaging expenses while opening a new revenue stream from local sales.
Regional Market Dominance
Deploying local first high-capacity automated egg tray line positions the farm to capture significant regional market share within two years.
Strengthened Brand Equity
Reliable, in-house packaging production will ensure consistent product protection, custom branding options, and stronger supply chain resilience.
We will closely track the installation progress and share timely updates as the project advances.
